Shipping policy
1. Please confirm your shipping address before you pay for it, you are best to leave the phone number for contacting. Please provide a valid email address and check emails after you have purchased for any updated information.
2. Items are generally shipped out within 2 working days after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. and most national holidays excluded).
3. International fast shipping is handled by international EMS (Express Mail Service). All the orders from other countries and areas should pay extra $10 for the shipping fee. If you are in free shipping areas, we will refund your shipping fee.
4. Once we ship your package, we will send you the tracking number once it available. Normally package transiting time should take 5 to 8 business days, depending on the destination, holidays and factors beyond Postal Service's control. If there is a little delay, please have more patience.

If an International order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by If the item is received damaged, please contact us at within five business days from delivery date to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all, we are required to wait 28 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.
PS: Orders may be delayed for the following reasons.

b. Order is pending for credit approval or verification;
c. Item is currently out of stock;
d. Order requires special customization;
